Whats Her Problem?

i have a had this prego female for about a month now and have got no babies, i have recently gotten 16 fry from one of my females(it was not her) and she is fairly fat but she spends almost the whole day on the gravel wigeling, she is in a 10 gal with 2 male guppies and 4 other females and one platy.the tank is heavily planted, good water stats. she is very stressed obviouslyand pumping her gills like she is trying to hyperventalate. i feed them worms 2 times each weak and a pea every weak, and all the other days flack food.
whats up with her?

Sadly sounds like a bacterial infection if she laying on the gravel, is she laying to one side, also the heavy breathing can be due to bacterial infections.

is she gonna die,she is just sitting and now she extremely rarely gets up, is is posible to save her? will she drop b4 she dies if i leave her alone(if she dies)?

Not nice to say but she is a goner, sorry, i hate saying this and always seems to be so often, sorry i wish i had better news for you.
