Whats Going On With My Dwarf Gourami ?

it has something fuzzy growing on its nose, i tested the water (api master test kit). and everytings as it should be.

i have recently lost a few other fish out of the tank. (due to various causes).

the other remaining fish show no signs of being unhealthy

also wanted to add, i just found my apple snail (it had climbed out of the tank and died). really strange because ive had it for a few months, and its never escaped before.

How often do you do waterchanges and how much at a time?

That looks like a fungal infection. I would do a very large water change and start treating with antifungal medication. Ideally I'd isolate it in another tank, if possible.

yeah it loooks like its growing on top of it

Then I'd agree with soybean that it's fungal infection. Dwarf gouramis are quite sensitive so keep a watch on him. You should follow soybean's advice too
