whats better for my plants aqua glo 1800K or sun glo 6500K?

I had an aqua glo for my plants and I thought they were 18,000K. But I used them in my 20 gallon but found out that it wasnt enough light (18watts) so I am upgrading to power compact 6700k

I think most lights for plants are around the 6700K mark
