What Wrong With My Discus

I got the discus last week it want there before, i thought it might have been damaged during netting or transit, the white has gone down a bit but not much,

its also flatter then the other eye

my tank readings are fine, the fish is eating ok

possibly transit damage but 90%+ of the time water quality is off

Does the white area look fluffy like cotton wool. As its hard to make out in the pic.

its probably your water quality, can you post your ph, hardness and nitrate levels as Discus are very fussy in regards to quality and do pick up diseases? Also what size is the tank and what other fish are in it?
