hi i have got a 60x20x22 tropical tank but im thinking of changing it to a marine set up, is it possible or do i need a marine tank , i am currently using a 403 filter , is this good enough for marine and what other bits would i need a some sort of guestermet on a cost of this project

With marine it is usualy best to start off big as stability is essential. I don't know whether those measurements are in cm or inches. Anyway, I'd ask in the marine section and be prepaired for lots of extra equipment and the expense.

U cn convert. Scrub the tank otu well with water adn vinegar.

U wil need

Sump
-Possibly fuge depending on what fish u want
-Protien skimmer
2 Heaters
-Live rock
-Live sand
Shoplites for Fish only and fish only with live rock
-High lighting for corals
-Salt mix ( i remembered this time)
Hood
Overflow

This would be REALLY expensive. maybe 600 or 700 dollars probly more.

a 403 isnt nearly good enough for a tank that big. U will probly need a big protien skimmer in addition to yur 403.

Also this should be in the marine section
