What Would Be Better?

just wondering if anyone has had any experience with feeding ACF's live food. I have access to feeder fish and glass shrimp... or ghost shrimp... whatever they are called. I have three ACF's and I take pride in keeping them healthy. Is one food source better then the other?

Frozen or dried foods are better because there is quite a lot less chance that your frogs might catch something from those.

Feeder fish can fetch desease into the tank.
If you feed freeze dried foods don't over feed as it can cause constipation and swim bladder.
I mainly feed frozen foods.

I give my ACF frozen bloodworm mostly and he/she seems to love it
