What Vegetables

Hi All, I want to give my Plecs/Catfish something other than wafers can you please tell me what vegetables I can give them and how do you prepare them do you leave the skins on will they sink or do they have to be weighted down?

i put in cucumber just slice a bit off and weigh it down with a rock

I use garden peas with the outer skin removed. most fish seem to enjoy them.

Courgette is better than cucumber (cucumber has very little nutritional value) simply wash, chop the desired ammonut and weight down with a stainless steel spoon or invest in a screwcumber.

only the sugar content is higher in courgette. the "nutritional" values are about equal.

almost any veg or fruit are ok for fish. but tinned is better, if you worry about water quality. only thing to check, is the salt content.
