Picture isn't the sharpest but I would say common or perhaps L001 goldspot.

It's not a goldspot going by the pics, looks like your run of the mill common. Doesn't max out at 18 inches, it can get in excess of 2 foot plus. Usually around 15-18 inches is the norm but be prepared for it to get bigger.
