what type of shrimps??

hi there
bought a couple of little shrimps for our tank the other day - they were called 'algae eating shrimps' & they do seem to be eating algae but im just wondering are they the same thing as the 'ghost shrimps' ive seen posts about??? theyre about 3/4 inch long sort of yellowish see through colour with a gold line along their spines.
has anyone seen these little creatures & can help me out???

no unfortunatly alge eating shrimp and ghost shrimp are not the same (althought very similar) ghost shrimp can cost as little as 10 cents apiece. Also the coloration is the food showing throught the body I have 1 ghost shrimp left and it has a red/ brown line running down it because it is eating red granuals and blood worms.
