Definitely looks like a Common Pleco, I used to have an identical one to that.

It needs rehoming as it will grow to 18"/2 feet long.

It doesn't have an L number; fish are given L numbers because they haven't been scientifically described yet; the common plec (usually Hypostomus plecostomus) was described by Linneus in the 1750s!

Because this pleco grows up to 60CM and your 30G tank is not big enough for it.

It's not an L number pleco as fluttermonth has stated.

L numbers for commons are quite vague but the most commonly descibed would probably be pterygoplichthys pardalis..... L21/L23.
