Looks like a Common Pleco to me. Do you have a bigger clearer photo?

It needs rehoming as it will grow to 18"/2 feet long.

It doesn't have an L number; fish are given L numbers because they haven't been scientifically described yet; the common plec (usually Hypostomus plecostomus) was described by Linneus in the 1750s!
