As you have seen in one of my other posts, i have been in search for a few bronze cories that are male and today i decided to go down to my local pet store and they had baby cories labeled green aeneus cories and they looked just liked a bronze cory, only that the stripe that is across their body was a little shorter, so i decided to get one of them and see just how he would do in the tank. I tried to get several pictures of him, but all he came out was a really big blur and you could barely see his body shape, i will still try to get better pictures of him though. Is this a bronze cory or not?

Green cories are likely to be one of two species either Green Laser Cories or Emerald "Cories" which are actually going a species of Brochis, usually Brochis Splendis which gets quite a bit larger than regular Cories

Both nice fish though :)

Yeah i have 5 male brochis in my tank and they are pretty nice i also have 5 other female bronze cories....i think it's just simply plain weird how i got them like that 5 male of one kind and 5 female of the other, now i am trying to get males for my bronze females and they are so hard to find now and about a week ago there were two bronze males for 15 dollars each and i decided to hold on and now they got these little guys for 3 dollars each since they have an identical coloring to my bronze cories, i only got one to see how it would work out, he is hanging around the bronze cories the most right now but still runs away when i come so i will give him more time to adapt.
