What To Put In Tank With My 7" Jack Dempsey

I have a 129 gal tank that used to be my daughters before she went to college, which, in the beginning,  housed a full size Oscar (12" or so), a Texas ciclid, a Jack Dempsey, a firemouth and a convict.  And a pleco, which is now pretty large.  All that is left now is the Jack, which is now full sized (about 8") and I am trying to figure out what else I could put in there.    Any ideas?

When you say "all that's left", are you implying all the other fish died? If so, do you know the cause of the deaths? No point adding fish if you have an issue with the tank in general.

I don't think there is an issue with the tank.  The oscar we got along with the tank, so I don't know how old he was.  He was twisted and at the top of the tank, so I'm not sure what happened there.  The Texas was found floating one day while we were on vacation a couple of years ago when someone else was feeding them.  The convict was being forced to stay in his cave by the Jack, so we think he just starved.   Can't remember what happened to the firemouth.  This was all over several years.
