my bettas are both in one gallon tanks and each has 2 plants in them...what would you people sugest be the best things to put in there? its only one gallon so i dont really know how many things can go in and how much room should be left for them to swim which is why i only have 2 plants in each. sometime in the spring when i can find room to put a 10 gallon i plan on getting one and dividing it so they can have more swimming room but until then any sugestions?

thanks

I found a little ceramic shot glass to put in my betta's tank. I partially burried it in the gravel on an angle, to be used as a cave... problem is, he's not much into caves as he barely uses it.

sorry but to behonest I wouldn't put anything in a one gallon not even the betta.. just my opinion ;)
I think a betta is fine in a one gallon tank, in fact they do quite well as long as you keep up with regular water changes.

As far as what to keep with your betta; nothing. They are very happy being alone in their own little world. If you move to a larger tank say 5 gallons, they do well with a small group of pygmy corries.
