What To Put In 10gal And 15 Gal

I have a 10 and a 15 gallon tank and I'm not sure what to do with it. I would like a more aggressive tank.

What are some more aggressive fish that could fit in a 10 or 15 gallon?

I like cichlids. Could any SA CA or africans fit in there?

Any other fish that would be cool (doesn't have to be aggressive)
