What to feed my plec?

hi there i went n bought a plec for the first time yesterday and i was just wondering what do they normally feed on?? I have not seen him swin freely yet al he does id jus suk on to things lol! Watc an i feed him?

They like algae tablets,veg,and some bloodworms now and then.

ok then wat kind of veg?? Also i got sum algae tablets and when i put them in by the time he realises they r in the otha fish have demolished them what should i do?

Put them in just before you turn the light off that way the fish will not find them but your plec will
Do you know what type of plec it is?

Feed him at night with the algae tablets when the tanks light are out, broc,cucumba,lettuce,peas, cabbage.
