What To Do Next

Hi everybody,
Ive had the tank since december and its great, ive got

Blue Dwarf Gourami
Gourami - Pearl (what a bully)
3 Angels (1 yellow) (2 of them zebras one of them is silver) added 2 of them a month ago.
3 Guppies ( 2 female )

What should i add next ?

how many water changes you do a week

the choice of fish is entirely your own because you need to have fish you like.

Ammonia =0
nitrite = 0
Nitrate is very low or acceptable.
i do about 10- 15 litre change every 10-14 days or so. (using tap safe), purely because i got white fine gravel and they do poo alot.

I had a major problem at the second month( i trapped a Guppie under on of my ornaments after a big clean and didnt find it for 2 weeks, my amonia flew off the scale and wouldn't go back down no matter what i did).

my two female guppies grow large every 4 weeks, but they dont seems to drop anything and i dont see any eggs in them.( i bought a wee plastic hatchery along with liquid fry but no luck)
any ideas?
If i was to have only angel fish in the end how many could a 145 tall Litre tank hold (without being cruel)
