I believe that it was in written HTML script before the fix. At least there isnt a problem anymore.

I've seen a couple of posts like that. I had assumed someone had edited the post and not set the HTML enabled flag, but I don't know for sure. If anyone sees any posts that are obviously supposed to be HTML formatted but are not, please report them and I'll fix them.
