What The Heck Is A Jumbo Neon?

Is that simply big fully grown ones, or are they different in any way...?

ive seen them in the past labeled as this and they were just double the size of your typical neon, not sure if they have just grown well or bred this way?

They could of been given steroids its how jumbo's of normally small fish are generally made as it is a lot quicker and more economical then developing it through breeding.

I asked in a shop about this and they said they were just line bred over generations of the biggest stock of neons they had so that they were more suitable to go in tanks with Cichlids.
