what size tank

Hi! i really like the look of dwarf gouramis but need to know a few things i hope someone can help
can you keep one on its own or are they best in pairs?
what size tank is best for them, could i have 1 or even 2 in my 10g community tank(well it will be when i get more fish)
I really hope someone can answer these for me thank you in advance.
