What puts you off buying from your LFS

My first one was seeing the guy pulling out dead fish and dropping them on the floor. There was about 6 dead clown loaches on the floor.

Second. Was a tank full of ADF's and there was about 15 dead

I went to my LFS to buy a clown loach and they were all riddled with white spot... and not just 1 or 2 spots, like literally 10 spots over each. I walked straight out.

I live in north kent and TBH I'd be happy buying fish from most of the LFS round here, main reason for choosing one over another is what stock they carry, there are only 1 or 2 that keep a decent stock of Tanganyikan cichlids. I'm not as keen on one local chain as the fish rooms always feel a bit dingy and grubby (although the tanks themselves are clean and the fish healthy) but I made a trip to one last week to find is was closed for refurbishment so I'm looking forward to the revamped shop!
