i have a 33 gallon tank and my sailfin pleco has out grown the tank is there any pleco i can get that will be suitable for my tank.

I think you guys can get pitbulls as well. If you don't want it to eat algae then you could look at some variety of hypancistrus. There are a few panaques which also remain small. Think outside the box. Bristlenoses are really common and easy to keep and breed but because of that they are worth nothing and no-one wants them. Things may be different in the UK but here I feed some of my fry to my cichlids to keep their numbers down. Most shops won't even take them off my hands and if I could sell them I would be struggling to get 50c each for them. They are literally like rabbits or possums here, they are a pest which can't be controlled! lol
