What Plec?

Hello there folks. This "plec" I saw at my lfs, the attendant says golden nugget , the sign said stone sucker. this is the view that I saw from the front, couldn't see its body as it was on the front glass. it is about 5cm at the time. please help identify this plec. If it is a golden nugget I know they reach quite large sizes....how long does it take to reach "adult size" would I be able to have it for a few years and rehome later?

thats a hillstream loach, and it does spend most if its time on rocks
