What plant is this?

My snail uprooted it but what kind of plant is this? I got it from LFS and threw it in there and it has grown like a weed. I’d like to prune and place the cutting in another part of the tank to grow, but I don’t know where to cut it?

Some sort of hygrophila. Yes cut just before a leaf node and replant the stem making sure no leaves are buried to propogate

so you just cut the stem right before a leaf? The stem won’t die back?

I do, slightly lower so that you can plant the stem low enough without the leaves being buried
