What live foods can I culture in a 2.5-gallon tank?

as the title says I have a 2.5-gallon tank. one of those cheap bowfront 2.5 betta tanks, and I was wondering what I can culture because I am hoping to breed angel fish by feeding them live foods.

10 litres (2.5 gallons) is a bit small to culture much.

Scuds would do well in a freshwater tiny tank like that. You could get away without a heater or a filter with the amphipods. Baby brine shrimp is another great food for conditioning angelfish, but you would need a bubbler/filter for them and it would require some salinity in your water.
