What Kind Of Heater?

Well, you know I'm rehoming my goldies and using the tank I'm using now to get some guppies after. WELL just one question.

I'm getting a heater, how many watts does it need to be for an 8 gallon?
I saw a small one for $11 and a bigger one for $16 which is fine, plus the thermometer is only about $3.



And yes, I know my tank is too small, and that is why I'm rehoming them to a bigger one.

I also plan on cycling.

As a general guide:

25 wt : 20 ltrs (5 gal)
50 wt : 35 ltrs (9 gal)
75 wt : 50 ltrs (13 gal)
100 wt : 65 ltrs (17 gal)
150 wt : 100 ltrs (26 gal)
200 wt : 125 ltrs (33 gal)
250 wt : 150 ltrs (40 gal)
300 wt : 200 ltrs (53 gal)

...so perhaps 50 watt, or 75 watt if its going to be in an abnormally cold room or something...
