What Kind Of Fish Is This

Can someone tell me what type this is.
I thought it was a tetra of some sort, but can find any pictures of it.

It's a lovely dwarf rainbow fish. Tend to be more expensive than tetras, I would have got some but a shoal was just too pricey.

I recently discovered that Dwarf Neon Rainbowfish are found alongside Blue Eyed Forktail Rainbowfish (Pseudomugil furcata), as per Heiko Bleher's biotope tanks on his official website. Would be a great combo for a 3-foot tank.
