What Kind Of Fish Is This ?

Hi im new to this site and what wondering what kind of fish is this? my mate got a tank off ebay and we cant find out what it is and wheater it needs diffrent food ? could anyone help ? thank you dean.

looks very much like a tinfoil barb, if it is they need a lot of space and get big

yeah a tank of that size should be fine, they prefer swimming in groups so could get more if you wish

It's a lemon fin barb and they still get very big and need a lot of space

it is with 3 large silver dollars and it seems to like swimming round with them but he probliy will get one more. thank you again
