I believe that's one of the Chimaeras, but I can't remember for sure.

What the heck It looks like a dogfish or dogshark or whatever it's called with one of those blades you use to cut linoleum (art) attached to it's face. It would be really cool to have one of those in your tank!!

It's a long-nosed chimera. Relative of the shark. Only found in deep (marine) waters normally.
