What kind of eel do i have?

I bought two eels at meijers about a week ago. I cant seem to find what kind of eels they are though.
If anyone knows i would really appreciate it and a scientific name if you could.

They are a lighter color with a couple of stripes down them that look like they are made up of a bunch of spots or dashes. Its reminds me of a checkard pattern. I cant get a pick but go the the meijers website. Thats what they look like.
