What is wrong with my betta?

He has been sick for about a month now. At first I tried betta fix and melafix but neither of those did a thing. The next thing I tried was Aquariam salt with methylene blue and kaplaxyn but that didn’t help much either. He’s now on his third day of maracyn 2 but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Let me know if anyone can help

What are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate) tradings? How big is your tank and are you aware of the nitrogen cycle. Did you cycle your tank first?

Ok, I didn't notice the torn fins at first .

The salt really should have worked. How long did you leave the salt in the water? Did you dissolve the salt before putting it into the tank?
