What Is Wrong With My Apple Snail?

His shell looks terrible, it's sort of yellow at the bottom edge with lods of lines. I've tried to get some pictures to show this but they aren't that good I'm afraid.

Yes it is, it's a different colour that's all.

Could be were the shell is repairing it self but hard to see.
