What is up with companies not replying to emails??

I want to buy an algarde deluxe gravel vac but the only place I could find it were UK places. So I emailed aquatics online on march 9th to ask if they ship to the US and they STILL have not replied.

Try www.animal-house.co.uk instead. see if they can help. They say in their terms and conditions that they will advise overseas customers of postage rates etc.
It is sometime frustrating when you want to get some item from far flung places and no one replies to your plight. I myself cannot get hold of a Cannister type Diatomic filter here in the UK.
Anyway hope this is of some help. Tell us how you get on....

I have one of them. It came with the tank. Its not bad, it empties my 5 gallon in about 10 seconds.
