I doubt theyre bristle worm eggs, they would be tiny and alot more. Bristleworms are good for your tank anyway, there's a few that arent, but they all get tarnished with the same brush! and its only when they become huge will they be a potential threat.

Looks like snail eggs, but you can imagine how many different species of critters have small white eggs, so it is anyone's guess as to what will hatch. Why are you so worried about bristle worms?
pot luck as to which species laid these eggs im afraid. But the others are right, ugly they may be but bristleworms are great for the tank and often given a very bad rep unjustly
