Yesterday I discovered my bumblebee platy was gravid and seemingly ready to drop. I put her in the breeder box, which I know isn't the greatest for her, but the older fry were chasing her and picking on her. Today I come home to find these... eggs? Non developed fry? They are very small, clear, and perfectly round. There are three of them. The one with what looks like a yellow center just has a piece of food in front of it. Any clue what these are? I started the tank on API General cure after I discovered them for parasites in some of the other fish if that changes anything, but I found them before I put the medication in.

They are fish eggs with developing embryos in.

The female has been severely stressed out and released them prematurely.

Why are you using API General cure?

One of my older fry and my adult red wag are doing white, stringy poop, and both of them are thin with fins clamped and lethargic. It matched the symptoms for a parasite in the post that pinned, so I'm dosing with general cure to hopefully fix it.

API General Cure contains metronidazole (kills internal protozoan infections) and praziquantel (kills internal flatworms) It does not kill intestinal round worms so you'll need a medication for round worms as will as General Cure, a medication containing levamisole. As I don't live in the US, I don't know which meds contain it, I'm afraid.

The symptoms match the parasite that @Colin_T's pinned post said would be killed with General Cure, do I still need another medication? I'm also dosing with salt every week. Also, what can I do to help my bumblebee platy?

In the pinned thread he lists 3 types of intestinal infection which cause white stringy poop (bacteria, protozoa and worms) and he says General Cure for protozoan infections as it contains metronidazole, the best med for those. But if the white stringy poop you are seeing is caused by round worms, you'll need a different medication as General Cure only kills one type of worms.
Colin lists the worm medications in the same pinned thread and they include praziquantel for flat worms (that's also in General cure) plus levamisole for round worms, or flubendazole for both. Since worms are common in livebearers and you don't know which type of worms, you need to treat for both. You are currently using a med which kills one type of worm so you need a med which kills the other type as well.

The symptoms of my fish exactly match the symptoms listed when a fish has an Internal Protozoan infection, and they don't have any symptoms of the other parasites listed except for the stringy poop. If the problem continues after I have finished the doses of general cure, I will look for the other medicine. In the meantime, is there anything I can do to help my gravid female?

OK, fair enough. But if the problems persist, think about treating for round worms. The symptoms of worms and protozoan infections are similar.

Internal Protozoan Infections cause the fish to lose weight ......., fish continues to eat and swim around but not as much as normal, does stringy white poop.

Intestinal Worms ....... cause the fish to lose weight, continue eating and swimming normally, and do a stringy white poop.

If it turns out to be worms, the dewormer I use is PraziPro. Not sure if that treats roundworms specifically though

PraziPro is praziquantel as well. It treats flat worms and flukes but not round worms.

Thank you for the information about the worms! I'll look into it if the symptoms don't go away.
How to help my female? Do I take her out of the breeder box even though the other fish are nipping and chasing her?

Just keep the tank clean and minimise stress on the platy and hope for the best.

Leave her in the breeding box but add a plant so she can feel more secure. If you have a spare tank you could move her into that.

Should I take her out of the breeder box even though she was being picked on?
Edit: Nevermind, I see your response. Thank you!
