What Is This?

What is this? I have never seen one of these before? i have about 4 or 5 of them stuck on the front of my glass. It is very small. probably about 2-4mm in diameter. The little tenticle things are almost hair like and they sway in the current. Maybe some kinda anemone?

Hydroid. In the jelly fish family.
The ones that go on the glass are in medusae form but they also have a polyp form which can be spotted on the LR.
