What Is This?

ok well i came home and found this worm thing on my front glass...i do have some hair algae and i have seen the little tenticle things from these kinda hanging out. but i thought they were little spahgehtti worms or something. i had no idea it was part of a bigger worm. not that i am looking for them i have seen several. what are these? are they bad? cause they sure do look kinda nasty lol

A spaghetti worm perhaps?

EDIT: somehow missed that you'd mentioned spaghetti worms already...doh. The thin filaments you usually see poking out of holes from spaghetti worms are just the feeding tentacles of a larger worm that usually keeps its body hidden.
