What Is This?

I was snorkeling on the Big Island and caught a pic of this reef fish. It has very frilly fins which are hard to pick out in the photo - sorry for the quality. Never seen anthing like it in 15yrs+ of snorkeling and diving. I tried looking for images on the web without success - can anyone help me out?

Agree with Seffie, Dragon wrasse, was one at lfs last time I went, Evil apparently.

Not evil, just get very big and boring looking. Very attractive as Juvie and interesting behaviours, can move rocks and buries himself in the sand at night ahhhhh bless

Lady in LFS said he was absolutely terrorizing any fish she put in with it. Looked harmless enough but, there were problems cause the fish were cowering from it. She was going to leave it in the tank on its own and move other fish out.

yeh they give you a lot of work to do this is my 3rd one and each and and every one have always flipped over my rocks
