I don't know what this is, but lately I've noticed silk looking thing like that comes from a spider on one side of my tank and today I finally found the culprit of it. It is something on my LR. There's a little red tube thing stuck to my LR and there's this red looking thing that barely pops it's head out and sends out then retracts two silk looking like strands. It's maybe a milimeter or two max in diameter and the tube is 5-6cm. long on the LR.

Any idea what this is?

On a positive note I think I found a bristle star while watching this thing, it wouldn't come out of it's hole completely but I saw three arms :shifty:

thanks

p.s. if this belongs in the invert section I apologize but I don't know where this goes since I don't know what this is

Spaghetti worms?

Click the link in my signature; I'm sure you will find what ever it is on that web site.

Sorry both wrong, it's a vermitid snail. Guess I didn't describe it very well, though that linked helped Lynden, thanks.
