WHAT IS THIS!

Ok this stuff looks like algae growing on the side of my tank but its like little peices of green string that are just floating and are attached to the side. I edited this picture in photoshop to show you the little string thing. The string things look exactly like the part i edited except its more of a green algea color. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS?

i use to have that, it hair algae, that meens your tank is doing really good if that starts to grow. don't do water changes, you'll dirupt the balance, just scub the walls and remove it manually.
