What is this white patch on my goldfish

My bubble eye just got this white patch on his head not sure if it normal?

It’s either fungus or excess slime. I would get some Jungle Fungus Clear and see if that helps. Do you live in the States? I believe Walmart carries it.

I live in Thailand, Sadly we don't have walmart

Any fungus med for fish? If not, then daily water Changes and aquarium salt at 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons. Not sure how to convert that. Dissolve the salt in dechlorinated water first or it will burn the fish. After initial dose, do a 75% water change daily and add 3/4 tablespoon of aquarium salt for every 5 gallons. Do this for 2 weeks.
