What is this fish ?

Can anyone identify my fish ?? I bought him many years ago and I thought was a flower horn but my friends one looks very different. So I am unsure

Looks like a platinum colouration Flowerhorn to me

I always feel bad for Flowerhorn's with that bump on their head, they look like they have collided with something or been banging their head against the side of the aquarium...

Someone said it wasn’t I just had to confirm
