I am very new to keeping fish and brought this platy along with another one an year and half ago.
Sadly she has bullied and killed two fish and three shrimp.
she is significantly larger than my other platies and I’m wondering if she’s not really a platy but a molly or a sworn tail fish?
She’s so aggressive and makes an unhappy tank. Unsure what to do with her

It is a platy. The tank is far too small and this could have caused it to become aggressive. Get a big tank for it, minimum 60cm x 30cm x 30cm.

It’s a 19litre tank, we were advised that we could have a few.
First off, this is posted in the incorrect area. @essjay, @Fishmanic

You were advised wrong. They need a much bigger tank. Who told you that? You can not trust the advice of LFS workers, as they are often very wrong.

@Byron will be able to sort this out a lot better then I will be able to...

Edit: The aggression is most likely caused by lack of males or females. (Depending on what gender the fish is. I cant tell from the photo.)

Its a swordtail and they get too big for your tank and they need a 30 gallon tank, 90 cm in lenght with minimum lenght of 80 cm. Never trust LFS workers with their 'we'll say anything just to sell' advice.
Wrong section the post is in. @Fishmanic @essjay

One important fact each of us in this hobby quickly learns is that the advice from most staff in the fish/pet store cannot be trusted. Unless you know the individual's level of education/knowledge in fish species and maintenance, do not rely on any advice. Research the fish species' requirements either through this forum, or a site like Seriously Fish, before you acquire them. Question if you like in order to understand, everyone here will be glad to offer advice when we can.

So for a 19litre tank how many Fish and shrimp/snails should I have?
It all depends on your water parameters. pH, GH, and KH.

You can find this information out on your local water providers website. (We need actual number, Ex. pmm)

A 19 liter is a 5 gallon, so choices for fish are very limited. But as mentioned above, we need to know the GH and pH, so we can suggest the fish suited to your water; these small "nano" species will often be wild caught and have narrow ranges.

So my water PH for area is ; 7.44
GH for area is ; 10.93

Endler livebearer would work well here. You could have half a dozen males (floating plants are important). A pair would spawn, but they are not prolific, and you wouldn't be overun with fry, and those that appear after you had a few you could probably give/sell. Depends where you are.

I agree. Get floating plants for them. (Salvinia, duckweed, frogbit, water lettuce, etc.)
