What Is This Bird?

Identify thsi bird my friend got. Dark greenish body with a yellow head. Its tail is dark blue black and dark green. And the front of its face is light orange. what bird is this?

Is it a small bird?if so it could possibly be a love bird but if you have a picture we would be able to tell you what it is

My friend cant put a pic. But if you can post pics on internet and he will say if it is. He says its a little larger than his parakeet and looks a little liek a parrot.

Sounds like a lovebird to me too, if by parakeet you mean budgie?

Or it could be one of those ringnecked parakeets that hang around london etc.

If a little bigger than being described, maybe a type of conure or smaller amazon.

Has it got a long tail or short? Lovebirds have short, stumpy tails.
