What is this and do I need to worry..

This is showing up everywhere in my tank. On the glass, rocks, plants and driftwood. I scraped it off the glass but comes back. Thinking about removing gravel but not sure after that. Changing water, temp is at 79, test strips show no problems. I use RODI to filter water. I have a 60 sump. This is a freshwater setup with community type fish.
Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like eggs layouts. Some seems to be worn by fungus and wont make it.

Any inhabitants that could lay eggs, From snails to fish ?

Is it invading "everywhere" or it's located ?

Before I scraped it from the aquarium glass. It looked like it was growing up and out in all directions with the eggs or whatever they are. I have no snails in tank, but bladder snails are in the sump. I thought this might be some type of fungus.

Nothing like it in the sump that I can see. Yes, it seems to be all over the tank and items in it.

What kind of fish do you have in the tank?

Are they sticking on some part the glass too ? So you kind of be able to see them from under ?

It looks like limpet season.
