what is the easyest and cheapest fish to breed

i heard mollies are the easyest to breed but is that really true.i live in new zealand

Mollies and Guppies are the easiest. They breed like crazy so you would have to keep up with them. I know Guppies can give birth every ten to 15 weeks.

platies are well easy i have 4 2 males and 2 females i keep getting babys all the time so many i have to give them away to a m8 at work they just keep breeding

Guppies are probably the best easiest, cheapest and prettiest soloution, But like most people have said mollies, guppes and platies are probably all about the easiest and cheapest to bread.

I have been thru about 11 mollies, having more than one in a tank since the beginning, since April 11th of this year. My molly Sunshine, just gave me my first batch of molly babies. I have had her since July 26th. She has been in with the male since before I got her, and been with him continulously since I got them. So, as far as my molly breeding experience goes, it takes them alot of time. If you don't mind waiting, I think mollies are the way to go.

but I have heard that guppies breed like those bugs that only live for one day...so maybe you want guppies.

guppies have prettier colors, but mollies are more fun if you ask me.

I heard sailfin mollies were quite difficult.... I did have a pair but the female turned into a MASSIVE male

Mollies are the easiest to breed i had two silver mollies male and female. And they had 20 babies after a few weeks of havin them . but make sure u have enough room for them cause they will interbreed as well as i found out 8)
