What is it?

In my 6 gallon i have one betta with a corner filter and i just realised there are these really tiny things crawling and floating around. They are very small and look whitish in colour, doesnt look like worms or anything tho? looks like they're multiplying tho... help!!

Sounds like planaria to me. Planaria are worms, and they wont harm your fish, but they are an indication that you are overfeeding.

i dont need to empty the tank and disinfect i hope...
