Can Anyone tell me What DOC's refers to in the context of water quality?

Dissolved Organic Compounds.

Pretty much a measure of how much junk is in your water. You see this frequently in marine discussions. Skimmers strip them from the water.

The less DOC's you have, the cleaner your water is.
