What Is Crawling Over My Lr

I cant get a picture as my camera is not to good in low light but when the moonlight leds are on I can see these little things running around over the lr, sort of look like ants some are clear and some are black.

What are they? I take it they are good?

I know im still a newb on the salty side lol but im gonna take a shot and say they are amphipods or mysid shrimp check this link out scroll about half way down all kinds of good info.
