What Is Better For Cycling? Rainbow, Or Danio?

i am getting eather a Australian Rainbowfish or a Zebra Danio and i want to know which will survive the cycle in my new 10 gallon tank better?

I will eventually get both, but for now i want to know which to get.
 
Oh comon! i ask a little question and all everyone can answere is, Oh dont do that, Do this. I WILL do what i have planned and anyone else who is only replying to tell me to do a fishless cycle please just dont post it. I just want to know which is hardier, Danio or rainbowfish?

if you're doing fish cycle try tetra aqua's safestart, it worked well for me, had danios in it after 2 weeks, and no problems with levels after they were added :)

not sure about your question, but my danios were fine with my tank from 2 weeks onwards, never had any new tank syndrome with them, but did with a tetra a week later 1 of 5 had NTS, but soon got over it.
 
They are both hardy fish but, the rainbow will grow too big for your aquarium.
 
just to clarify, danios are active but most are pretty small (<2 in). Because of their activity and speed, they do best with swimming room.
