What Is Best To Feed Marine Fish?

hey all, what does everyone feed there marine fish?

I feed mine flake, frozen (which has mysis, krill, spinach and brine shrimp in it) and nori. To be honest you want to get a mix of as much stuff as you can because a varied diet for fish is like a balanced diet for us.

I generally feed frozen marine cuisine (brine shrimp, krill, Mysis, Spirulina) and formula 1 pellets.
